bus ride

was on the bus ride home early from hamlet cause i ceebs to go to messina and just wanted to go home and read great gatsby/ 
omg this is the nerdiest sentence ive written in a while.

but i was on the bus and these little kids were sitting at the back and then one kid got up and moved to the front and she looked like she was in year 3/4. and at first it just looked normal like it was close to her stop but then a kid from the back (another chick who sounded like she was in year 1/2) was like "oh why did she move to the front? cause she's a weeeeeirddddo" 
and not in a joking way like what i'd say to my friends but like super mean and then she'd laugh and shit.
and at first the girl didn't respond and then she turned back and stood up in front of the aisle and she was like "w-what did you just say about me!?"
and the whole bus was quiet and there were adults on there but everyone was just like quiet and no-one butted in and the little mean kid got scared and then the girl sat back down and got off 2/3 stops after. 

honestly if i was her at that age i would just pretend to cooly ignore her while i'd get teary and not rebut cause i dont want to cause a public tantrum.  like i dont even know her but so much respect for that girl. 

idk that scene kept playing throughout my head the whole afternoon idek why but yeah. 

hamlet was gooood. 
obviously they skipped parts but the end they replaced the sword fighting scene with a scene where everyone but hamlet is already dead and the sword fighting scene was said in stop motion and it just made the whole thing more intimate and created another world of interpretation on hamlet. 

i don't get how people could talk and eat and not pay attention in plays. one, it's just rude and two there is just so much intricacy in plays- the way the actors have their own characterisation and interpretation of their characters and how they immerse themselves in that role and even do it live in front of an audience is so magical if people wanted to talk about how hot the actors are in the middle of the play or eat they should just gtfo so rude.
