Solikeyeah im dead for textiles

My inspiration page looks like something from a magazine which, weirdly, is not a good thing cause its meant to be a fancy dress theme.

My early developement page has to be redone because one of it is my current one.

And i just decided to redo my skirt. Fml fml fml i have so many things due and im still riding blind on my textiles. DucnsjcksjdsjidioCkdjdkcjiclsiksj.

i feel like i've wasted so much time. I've tried to create common ground with you, try to become close to you, tried to make you feel not lonely.

how many times have i helped you with all your stupid problems? how many times have a made you laugh when you got dumped? how many times have i stood up for you towards those people that think you're nothing but a jerk? i don't even know why i even bother. 

don't come back. i don't feel like it's my job to make you feel comfortable in front of me and my friends anymore.

YAYAYAYAYA i love posting about this. 

anyhoos, recently i have been hooked up on youtube with loads of dance vids and all and while i was looking through one of Brian Puspos's dance covers - like a bajillion times in a row because he's sososos cool- i found his cover of Turst Issues by Drake. yeah yeah blahblahblah it's old and stuff but i decided to look for some covers and omggg, this girl on youtube gave me the chills. 

Her name is Emmalyn Estrada; she's so pretty and she can sing sososo good. Love this cover the most because she gives out so much emotion and yeah, check her out:

She also did a cover of Thinkin 'Bout You and since im a huge Frank Ocean fan, I think she did it good :)

Though I am really hooked with her collabo with SPOT AND ESS. I love those guys and her voice just makes the song so much better :)

LANGUAGEFEST2012

I think this was a real big hit.

Woke up super early to catch an early train and bring kinds of shit to school by myself. Thank goodness tina and her friends happened to be there.

Our spot this time was 2 big tables in front of the bubblers. it was a super dark spot and we had no banners or anything but luckily sarah and jasmine and chen got their artist hands out and started crating some.

The Viet tent was mainy filled with our fresh spring rolls- courtesy to my mum for buying everything for me- fried chicken, bbq meat on stick, pandan waffles, prawn crackers and basil seed drink. And i am super happy to say that the fresh rolls ran out and was a super huge hit. We had more than 20 boxes which were $4 each and were sold out in under 2 periods so it was a great effort for all the people who helped out.

The thing that ticked me off so much though was all these random people that came in to help out to dodge class. Honestly we had too many people wanting to help out- and i felt so unfair for sarah and jasmine because they wanted to help with the food making so much- but then people rolled in and acted as if they belonged there. I seriously felt like whacking them.

Sarah got us all these nice foods from many stalls including the maachi green tea icecream from the jap store, dukbokki from the korean store, macarons from the french cafe, dumplings and shit..the food there was ohsonice.

Finishing my shift we walked around and had water balloon fights and did henna on our hands which turned out bootiful.

There was also serendipity icecream :) and justomggg really really nice food. Angel and me ended up getting a plate of random stuff from the french cafe with all the money we got left, and i ended up getting a box of free fried rice ahahahas.

Fun day, nice food, couldnt get any better :)

I. Am. Out.

CAMP2012

So camp was heeelll.

Firstly I woke up pretty early for the first day and had everything all packed and ready. We had to meet up at school at around 9 o’clock so I thought we’d just get out of the house at around 8. But omg that was the worst decision ever. The traffic was hell. We drove fine halfway until we got caught up sososos bad and in the end I came to school 15 minutes late; and realized that my name was put on the absent list already so IF I didn’t bother on going to camp, it would’ve been fineschmine. Ughsnslkdflskdflksdf.

Since we chose who’s cabins we’d been in, we chose the cabins in the corridor so, at night we could go in and out of each other’s cabins without the teacher knowing. That too was a sucky idea. 

Lunch came and I got this gross looking bread roll with processed mayoed chicken in it.

The first activity our class did was ropes. We went on the tall fun one that had two levels and a high flying fox that went on for what felt like forever :D At first I only wanted to do the first level and it still scared me quite a bit. But then I still kept going until I finished the second level and did the big flying fox. It felt sosso good afterwards.

Came back, had a shower, and had dinner. A SHITTY DINNER. We had night activities which was these group games where you’d have to dress up, or make a funny dance and blahblahs and win points from the teacher. We went back to our cabins and Nish’s cabin was bombarded with cockroaches. The cabin next to us also was bombarded and it was weird because we had barely any. So our plan for a massive late night crash was cancelled because they got located elsewhere and we ended up sleeping in our own cabins. 

Next morning we had..1 piece of toast, fruit, and yoghurt. Most stupid excuse for a good breakfast. We had study skills and fitness testing for our first activity and then had burgers for lunch; which was nice compared to all our other meals we had. We did canoeing afterwards which was really fun as well. The weather was nice and me and Nish were a good pairing for it but halfway back her arms got tired so we were sulking back to shore ahahs. We came back for dinner, which was lasagna :D really noice lasagna :D and even the veggie lasagna was nice.

 For night activities we had these really fun games we played at the soccer courts and came back for hot choc and cookies. Our whole group planned for our cabin to come visit their cabin that night and, as we went back to our cabin to get the food out, we realize it was our turn to have our room bombarded with cockroaches. Omfg they were sososos gross. They were all over the friggin walls and camouflaged on the floor and in our shoes and shit. We got relocated into another room but, instead of eating in our room, we went outside and pigged out while playing mafia. I think that would’ve been the most memorable moment for us because we were all as a group and it felt good just spoofing around with everyone. 

Night came and I got a really bad stomache ache so we ended up sleeping in our own cabins but it was a better night – compared to the night before when I had sarah snoring in my ears ahahhas. 

Breakfast was the same shit…and we had archery and abseiling for the last day activities and came back with…TORTILLA WRAPS. Nicest tasting so far and the falafels were so nice as well. And that ended our trip.Ahahas i think i did a good job recounting this as swift as possible. KRISTIE BE PROUD :D

Im so sorry, will be recounting camp, language fest, bandage bear day, dance shitz, easter show..pretty much everything in one big chunk tonight because IM FINALLY FREE :D
