APRIL THESIS

it is april and I am fucking glad it is. 
March hasn't been so nice to me, even though so much fun shit has happened. 
Marsh saw: 

• my biffle's birthday party
• bruno mars
• half-hearted exam results
• having a closer bond with someone i never expected to 

April to me means:

• 2 WEEK HOLIDAYS TO CLEAN MY SHIT. 
• 2 weeks of procrastinating and relaxing
• going out to eat 
• having time to work out

i feel up to my neck in work to catch up to and with me trying to workout more everyday, its really hard to keep everything all up to date.
I am mostly disappointed with textiles because I desperately want to get everything all up and ready but I am so behind. 

ANYHOOS. i can't leave you guys without a playlist so here is april! 
I am right now sosososo into White Lights, birocratic and PSYKON (so upset when he deleted all of his own tunes now I gotta rely on bandcamp to listen) 
White Lights is just really psychodelic, dreamy and something to listen to on the train or walking alone. 
I spotted him while going through birocratic's profile and immediate hooked to his King Krule rendition. His new EP is real rad



as well as that, I recently found The Cardigan's acoustic version of Lovefool which is just head over heels amazing. Hope you guys fall in love with this month's playlist :)

it's march. which means:

and i fully recommend you guys listen to White Light's rendition of Noose of Jah City- King Krule. This track is hands down my fav track from King Krule and I've heard many renditions and tracks that sample it (dumbfoundead) 

so yeah. listen cause its friggin amazing.

soz, I went to a festival in the weekends but kinda busy right now to really be blogging about it. 

well do so this weekend hahas/ addition posting after my lunch out tmr :)

feb to me means:

• super studying for march exams (no kidding fml) 
• eating out more with the sis cause of my frees
• having too many frees and doing unnecessary things in between 
• ONE MONTH BEFORE BRUNO MARS THAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR FOREVER FOR
• new workout regime 
• ANOTHER soundcloud! 

this month will be hectic cause it's a months countdown to my first official exams for hsc. trying to not stress out by just doing as much as I can everyday while enjoying it and going out A LOT to eat and chill and just to like...impulse buy...my stress away HAHAHAHS

this month may also see a scarce appearance of posts (except when I really want to procrastinate like right now) so just a heads up for you guys :)

not ready for my rankings. 

fucking got allowed to go on a quick trip to america before year 12 and then dad just goes 'no don't be fucking stupid blahblahblah but gonna fight for it. 

this means though, that i wont be at school for the last 2 weeks as well as social but bleugh. 
:( so discouraged about school cause marks have came back disappointing so yeah. stuff that i didn't think i'd do well in i did pretty good, but fucking maths :( brought me down and i'm so fcking stuffed and maths tutoring is boring and stupid but i have to stay there cause of family ties and dad going omg no terry lee is good. NO HE ISNT. what's the point of giving us hard shit that we don't understand and make us do it? there's absolutely no point of giving us 5 minute lessons and then the rest of the 2 hours is doing craploads of exercises. its stupid :( and i miss truong so much cause at least when i'm there i actually learn and actually UNDERSTAND and this is like if you do thats good if you don't you're stuffed. 

im like only a little above class average but there seriously is no point in going. 

and then chem. is so disappointing because i understand chem and i love it but i'm just not good enough :( fucking silly mistakes. 

honestly i am very proud of my english. getting to here shows that i might just have potential but also shows that i must try hard. 

textiles. top mark but no-one really cares. 

modern history- pretty good marks, quite proud of my efforts. 

tired every single day. days go by like a fcking blur and i'm not even enjoying it.

Gah okay i honestly don't have a favourite song. I used to choose this via the fact that I could listen to it anyday and then replay again in like 1 years time and still not get fed up with it. But, knowing me, when I get hooked on a song I loop it on days end and then get fed up with it in a week and my music tastes keep changing so I really don't have a favourite song. 

But something I always sing in the shower would have to be Elle Varner's Only Wanna Give It To You. 

Her vocals are so good and the remixes and covers are always amazing expecially Lydia Paek's and Jeni Suk's.

YAYAYAYAYA i love posting about this. 

anyhoos, recently i have been hooked up on youtube with loads of dance vids and all and while i was looking through one of Brian Puspos's dance covers - like a bajillion times in a row because he's sososos cool- i found his cover of Turst Issues by Drake. yeah yeah blahblahblah it's old and stuff but i decided to look for some covers and omggg, this girl on youtube gave me the chills. 

Her name is Emmalyn Estrada; she's so pretty and she can sing sososo good. Love this cover the most because she gives out so much emotion and yeah, check her out:

Pierce the Veil- Just The Way You Are. Pretty hype right?

Kpop wise, I have been off mainstream and right back at hiphop. Tablo, my bias, is having his comeback so I have been listening to him the most. I think I'm just intrigued by his music and his lyrics and that puts him as to why he is one of my faves. I mean, he doesn't need the face or the popularity- even though he has it all- he's just really talented. His songs Bad and Try are the ones I love right now, as the lyrics are so meaningful and has so much depth.

And then there's Zico. My friend JASMINE let me listen to 2 of his songs from his mixtape and I loved it. I hate it how he's in a rookie group since he deserves much more than what he has now but his group suits him. He did a cover of BOB's Billionaire and it was blasting, you guys should deffos check it out when you can.
